Dave was great to deal with, he told us straight out what he thought a good selling point was and didn't over promise to get the listing. Dave's communication throughout the sskecwas awesome and we always knew what was going on. With a new baby inspection and open home times were limited, Dave was very understanding of this and worked around us.
