David did a very good job in selling a house in Norwood for us. The house was part of a deceased estate and was vacant, which may have made the sale process a little easier for him. During the agent selection process, he stood out as the best prepared of the agents that we interviewed, and was very open and personable. Advertizing of the property was appropriately professional. The price he recommended proved to be about 10% too optimistic. The sale took 3 months, and complicated by the fact that an initial enthusiastic buyer failed to secure finance, so we had to make a fresh start. Fortunately a second buyer emerged soon after, so the sale eventually proceeded without further problems. David communicated with us very well throughout and was honest and open in his dealings with us.

David was excellent to deal with and extremely easy to talk to, he made the sale of our property a very enjoyable experience and always kept us informed throughout the entire process. From the beginning it was evident that David had done his research, he knew exactly what it would take to get the result we were after. Overall we were very happy with the outcome and impressed with the service we received from David.
