David was with us all the way in the purchase of our latest home. It was not an easy transaction and we ended up having to renegotiate the purchase price due to an under valuation, but David was easy to negotiate with and a great communicator. We had to ask for a couple of extensions of the contract as we fought to get finance and this was all okay too.

Great communication - was never left waiting for a response or reply like most other agents I encountered in Launceston.
