David was great to work with right from the start. When I asked a bunch of questions he was prepared to answer all of them and even anticipated my next question and gave me that information before asking. My only thing was that I misunderstood the contract dates so gave my broker wrong information about settlement date, so communicating this could be improved (eg. give example dates). I'd have no issues working with David again in the future.

Honest Agent - Has good knowledge of current market conditions around the Launceston and Greater Launceston area. Great communication - was never left waiting for a response or reply like most other agents I encountered in Launceston. Most off all David was not pushing us to buy, no pressure was on us at any time. We would definately request David for future dealing as from our experience it is very difficult to find another agent whom actually cares about individuals as in the current market conditions houses are selling as soon as they are put on the market and others dont care how they treat their potential clients.
