Very professional and committed to the sales program. Excellent negotiating skills to get a sale price before auction higher than our aspirations.

David was a reliable and efficient agent. He dedicated himself to the task of selling our property wholeheartedly and achieved a result to our satisfaction in double quick time. For this we thank him and express our gratitude. We unreservedly recommend him as a trustworthy and reliable agent.

David Hill has done an exceptional job in selling our investment unit. Although slightly geographically out of his normal area he was always on time for the open for inspections. The campaign (although a little slow due to market forces) climaxed with a good result for all. David always kept us informed of developments including the success of the open for inspections. I would not hesitate to use David again.

I did not meet him personally as he did not offer a personal meeting. However in retrospect phone conversations worked and I was happy with the level of communication and the outcome. He took the time to develop a relationship with the tenant and put in the effort required for a successful outcome. Could have done without all the sales emails.

David was a pleasure to work with, very professional and skilled in all matters. I highly recommend him.

I found David's advice and expertise extremely helpful in my decision to sell. I believe him to be a straight forward agent and would recommend him to anyone I know who is buying or selling real estate in the future.

David was our agent when we purchased a property. We found him professional, honest and engaging throughout and a pleasure to deal with.

David was excellent in every respect with regard to our purchase. His personable, down to earth demeanour made stressful situations easy. I would recommend his services to anyone in the area.

I felt like I was in good hands throughout the advertising and selling process. I appreciated the fact that I was not required to go to Sydney to sort anything out myself and was kept well abreast of all processes.

Good local knowledge, excellent communication by phone and email during campaign, this agent knows the local market and looked after us well. Recommended.

I have been very impressed with David's service over the past few weeks through my dealings with him.

We had very tight timelines. He collaborated with his team and they met the challenge. It was a seamless process, everything was ready on the day. Thanks David, Heidi and the team of people all working in the background.
