I approached David to sell our home in Forster in Nov 2020 and this was all based on my prior dealings with him when he was acting for the vendor on a different property that I was looking to purchase. I didn't go ahead with that purchase but his honest approach and indepth market knowledge that I gleaned from our interactions made him stand out in my mind. So based on that earlier experience we decided to go ahead with him a few months later for our sale and couldn't be happier. He provided guidance on price, guidance on any work to be done or not done prior to listing, the potential hurdles and likely time-frame. He has a large base of potential purchasers both in and more so outside of Forster and we had 2 offers in literally a few days.
