I’m so happy I sold with David. I had approached him to sell my property earlier in the year and he advised that it was not the right time to sell. I took his advice and a few months later he a lot of interest in a property similar to mine and advised me if I wanted to sell it would be a perfect a opportunity. All I can say is I’m glad I took he’s professional advice because we sold way above what we were expecting. Very professional, honest and delivers. Thank you so much David
