I dealt with the other agents especially Luke Crane who I found to be helpful the review should be about him!!! I had NO contact with David so cannot score on all the different areas Like credibility, negotiation etc Thanks
It was my first time buying a house and I didnt know where to start from the moment i when to the open house to singning on the dotted line David was there. Every step of the way , he exsplianed ever process and answered every question no matter how small or odd. The Very best part about his hole demener was he nver spoke down or be littled myself or my parter, as a young couple this was amazing. In the past older agents have lookd down at us and been a bit abrasive but not david. I would use david again to buy a house and to sell in the future.
As a 1st home buyer, david was very helpful :) Communication could have been a little better at times
