David impressed me greatly with his professional manner. He was honest with me, more than fair with another interested party and showed great ethics in his dealings with us both. David is an extraordinary and multiskilled person. I found him intelligent, realistic and believe it or not, honest. He was always careful with all aspects of statutory obligations and never wavered from meeting what was expected of him as our agent, or as the buyers' agent. He found a buyer within a few months and that was pretty quick for our area. We didn't quite get the price we wanted, mainly because the buyer was already overextended, so we accepted the offer because we needed the sale to be behind us. All the way through, we were never pressured nor made to feel in any way that we had to accept the offer. We knew if we were prepared to wait longer then we most likely would have achieved close to our asking price. A total pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend David and I see the wisdom in having an exclusive agent, at least for a set period of time long enough for him to do his magic!

David Hochkins stated he could achieve a much higher price than I was offered to me by other agents and after not believing him, I agreed to pay a higher commission if he could achieve it. After having 3 buyers rescind their initial offers, he managed to sell my property to the 4th buyer for $9K more than the previous 3 were going to pay and $19K more than the other agents suggested it would sell for. I am blown away by the magic this man has managed to perform in what was becoming a tougher market to sell my property in by the day. Thanks David.
