My experience with LJ Hooker's David Hochkins has been comparatively brief. That's because it was so seamless. I saw the online advertisement for the Forster property on the Saturday, had my very successful auction on the Sunday and phoned him on the Monday morning to arrange a viewing. He was very accommodating, so we set up a time for me to visit on the Wednesday. I drove up to Forster on the Wednesday morning, met David and viewed the property with him. He impressed me with both his no-nonsense manner and the property itself, which I decided suited me to a 'T'. I phoned him an hour later after having looked at another property in Tuncurry and made an offer. He rang me back as I was driving back to Sydney to say the vendors had accepted my offer.
