David gave us the time and space we needed to inspect the property without following us into every room and badgering us with questions on our thoughts. After we had a bit of a look he then pointed out features we may not of noticed and answered our questions. He was available for further questions and inspections we needed to clarify a few things before signing our purchase contract. He went all out to find the information we needed and kept us informed all the way through.
