Tired and un interested. Reflects poorly on Fletchers. Next to no follow up reports. Basically couldn’t care less. Forgets who he works for and who is paying the commission. Have bought and sold dozens of properties and he has been the worst. Strongly suggest you avoid this agency and him.

He did every thing he said he would do and more. He was always on time for the open for inspections and was very professional in his dealings with prospected purchasers questions. If I had any questions or queries about the sale process of my property he would spend the time to reassure me and explain to me in terms I understood which was a great help to me.
