Tired and un interested. Reflects poorly on Fletchers. Next to no follow up reports. Basically couldn’t care less. Forgets who he works for and who is paying the commission. Have bought and sold dozens of properties and he has been the worst. Strongly suggest you avoid this agency and him.
He did every thing he said he would do and more. He was always on time for the open for inspections and was very professional in his dealings with prospected purchasers questions. If I had any questions or queries about the sale process of my property he would spend the time to reassure me and explain to me in terms I understood which was a great help to me. I would be happy to recommend David to help my friends with their property queries.

In a difficult market, David and his team overcame all objections and closed the sale. It took over 2 months. In addition, there were issues with the property that would have created difficulties even in a sellers market. Its the third house David has sold for me, one in 2001, another in 2005. He and his team really earned their fee this time. They knew my minimum price and at no stage did anyone try and talk me down. Their punctuality and feedback was first class.
