I chose David from his manner in selling me, on behalf of a vendor, a property three years ago. What I saw then was on display working for me as the vendor. I found him friendly, hard working and diligent in searching for buyers, exceptionally responsive and nothing you have would be more reliable. He returns calls and/or messages instantly. All these qualities led to a sale in 4 months. This is impressive considering I had it on the market as a DIY seller for 12 months prior to listing with David and Elders and also because the house was valued in the early mid $300Ks which is typically difficult to sell in Ararat. I could describe numerous examples of why I rate David well ahead of his competitors, some which I know better than David. The one that springs most readily to mind is not in connection to selling this property but twelve months ago when I asked David and two rival agents for a paid valuation of a non listed property I was planning to buy. One rival agent advised me he was busy and a valuation may be up to two weeks away, the other rival agent took four days and David took just three hours squeezing it in before he went on a long weekend. If I was an agent I would treat everyone in a small country town as a future listing client. I am guessing David does too and treats everyone as he would like to be treated. David is a modest, humble without ego, a no nonsense, a no giver of false hope type of guy. I will be using him again should I need an agent.

David has been working with me on the sale of a property for quite some time now.
