Meeting David Jennings was a great help from the time we met him, right up to now & in the future as we have chosen him & Michael Fratin to sell our main house plus a Unit we own. I only realised there was an open-house morning late the night before, reading the Advertiser I saw just what we wanted in a house, the photo looked good & so was the description.Next morning Ken & I were at the open- morning with quite a number of other people, some of whom appeared to really like the place. I said to Ken that we should move quickly if we didn't want to miss out so we went & introduced ourselves to David then asked him about the house (duplex), he was very helpful, took us around inside & out told us all about the place then began gathering up his gear & car keys he mentioned to us that he had another open-day to attend, so we told him we would be in touch & thanked him for not rushing us off Later that evening I rang him to say we wanted to buy the house, he was again very helpful, letting me know that I should send him an e-mail to say we wanted the house then no-one could say they had got in before us (we had a very unpleasant experience some years before). Since then we soon paid the deposit and our settlement day is on the 14th August (2018), we can't wait, in the meantime David has been very patient with us when we have called with various questions & requests.
