David Johnson from Award R/E, ticked all the boxes when I was looking for an agent to sell our family home. His professionalism, communication and willingness to get the desired result was excellent. I would definately recommend David to future buyers/sellers.

This was my second time working with Dave and just like before he was a pleasure to work with and made the entire process from start to finish stress and hassle free. He went above and beyond expectations to ensure the sale progressed smoothly through all its stages whilst continually informing me of all progress every step of the way. He was very easy to deal with, offered fantastic insight on local market knowledge and came up with a very effective sale strategy. I would highly recommend Dave in any of your Real Estate matters

My experience buying my apartment from David and the team at Award Group was so good that when it came time to sell, they were my first choice of agent. Again they did not disappoint, negotiating hard for my business and achieving a great outcome for all involved. I would recommend David to anyone looking to buy or sell in West Ryde and surrounds.

David is a genuine bloke who did a fantastic job in selling our house in 13 days! He had a plan straight away and stuck to it, which as you can see, worked a treat. His knowledge of the market and area was spot on and he was true a professional throughout the whole process. I will definitely be recommending David and his team to anyone I know.

David and his team managed to sell our property quickly and for a good price in a difficult market. His marketing approach was a bit different from other agents and was backed up by strong negotiation skills, which I think gave us that edge. David was also very professional, hard working and knowledgeable and was always quick to get back to us. Thank you David!

Have used David and award group in general for leasing and sale of 2 properties. Service is always efficient and very professional. Highly recommend David and award group for property services.

David and the entire team at AWARD were superb in the marketing and sale of our home. Throughout the campaign we were constantly kept informed as to buyer interest and they guided us through what is one of the biggest events of our lives. They gave us confidence at every step along the journey. Our family have bought and sold 5 properties with the help of AWARD - each one has been handled professionally and with our interests the priority.

David provided exceptional service and was always prompt and professional with his communication. He persisted through these tough conditions and provided great guidance to sell our house.

Making the move to sell our family home was a big decision, but selecting David and Award group as our agent was made easy. David and his team were professional throughout the entire experience. David was always clear in his communication and comprehensive in feedback and advice. David was always prompt in answering questions and together with his team, made the entire selling experience a pleasant and stress free one. I would not hesitate to recommend David Johnson and the Award team :)

David is brilliant at his job. He knows what he is doing and understands people, the market and real estate. He is a great communicator and keeps you up to date and is always contactable. He is the best real estate agent around. It took 2 weeks from beginning to sold. I highly recommend him, don't look anywhere else.

Lochlan, Samuel, Tayla and David Thank you so much for helping us sell our house. We were very impressed with your professionalism and knowledge of the real estate market of 5 Dickens Street. Everything was explained to us, you kept us updated with the sale, and the whole process went smoothly.

After 4 whole months on the market without a sale and after 2 failed Auctions with another ‘high profile’ agent and agency, I was at a point of despair and didn’t know what to do! Then I met David and his team from Award Group Real Estate. It wasn’t until after I signed with David and his team which included Lochlan, Leighton and Samuel, to sell my property that I realised not all agents are the same. David and his team were recommended to me by a family member who’d sold with them some years ago. They suggested I give him a call, and I am certainly glad that I did! David and his team were committed to my final result, professional and above all considerate and caring to my having been living at the property for many decades to that point. They were never pushy, although certainly not scared to offer their valuable opinion in how they felt to best handle the sale, the market, and were always thinking outside the square. Would I sell with Award Group again? Absolutely! I cannot recommend them highly enough and I believe that their attention to detail, along with their hands on (team) aspect is what sets them and their agency well above the competition. If my experience can help someone else make the right decision upfront; take it from me – Award Group should be your number one choice if you are thinking of selling a property! Their service, results, marketing and professional manner throughout my sale were second to none (and I had a direct comparison to work off). If you are looking to sell a property, make sure you give Award Group a call.
