David's experience in selling property is excellent. He is well aware about the market and which approach we should be taking. We sold the house within 3 weeks and above our reserve price ! Will recommend him to all my friends and families. Cheers, Ray
We found the Award Group West Ryde team to be very professional. Our agent David Johnson kept us fully informed at all stages leading up to auction day. They were courteous and helpful at all times and we would recommend them to others.
Kept me up to date frequently and easy to contact and personable. Did a lot of background investigating of properties comparable to mine on the market at the same time.
David was invaluable at such an emotional time in guiding us through the process of selling our beautiful mothers home at auction. From our first meeting David displayed confidence and trust with his clear communication, he was always available in person or by phone and was very easy to talk to, keeping us informed all the way through with detailed feedback. David always had our best interest at heart. We were extremely happy with the end result achieving over and above the reserve in a down market. We would have no hesitation in recommending David and his remarkable team at Award Group Real Estate. Thank you.
We had a good result at auction, despite a difficult market, with David Johnson's assistance. We chose Award because of the excellent presentations of houses for sale (including videos) on their website. David met all our expectations. He was professional, personable, knowledgeable and easy to get along with. We have no hesitation in recommending him to any prospective buyer or seller.
I’ve used Award Group twice before and will continue to use Award Group for future sales or purchases as I trust all the staff and trust their knowledge of the market. Great result yet again David and Leighton, thank you.
David Johnson was a pleasure to deal with during the process of selling our home and we had great confidence in him as our agent. David was very approachable, easy to communicate with and helped up through each step of the process. We absolutely loved the photography that was provided and felt the subsequent marketing was very good. Everything came together quite seamlessly and this took a lot of the stress out of selling our home and we were able to settle on a price that we were very happy with.
David did a good job selling our house for us, I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone selling in the area
I have been working with David and the Award group for several years now. Initially whilst they managed the rental of my two investment properties and recently whilst selling one of them. At all times I have found David and the group to be extremly helpful and communicative.
David was easy to work with. Communicated everything as needed and reliable.
David was extremely professional, experienced, responsive, courteous & sensitive to all our needs & in situations that arose. His attention to detail, feedback, advice & input was exemplary. His honesty & integrity stood out - such a personable, likeable gentleman. As former R/E Agents, my husband & I absolutely appreciated all these characteristics in David, Leighton & the Award Team. It truly is a team, which worked exceptionally hard to achieve a terrific result in a falling market. Their experience & expertise shone through. We’d highly recommend Award Group. Award demonstrated that our choice of Agent, of 3 contenders, was the right one. We didn’t feel monstered or pressured at any time. Their research & justification of their recommendations were a stand-out. Noelene Boardman
