A great team to engage! We were thrilled to receive more than we thought possible for our unit. The knowledge of the market was amazing, communicated easily and with a friendly manner. We certainly recommend David Johnson to help you gain the best price for your home.

David was recommended to us so we spoke to him about selling my mothers property. He was very understanding at our difficult time. He sat us down and went through everything we needed to know and it didn't bother him us ringing him when ever we needed to ask questions. David kept us informed every step of the way. David and his team on the day of the auction we marvelous. A small family agent gives you more eye to detail. As I do not live in the area, we went with someone that had used Award Group. We did speak to other agents but Award Group stood out with the information and always keeping us informed as we progressed with the selling of the property. I would recommend Award Group to anyone looking to buy or sell their property. Thank You once again Katherine

With his superior knowledge of the market, David had a clear sales strategy for our property. This strategy proved true with a sale in two weeks. Would highly recommend David and his team.

From day 1 working with both David an Jed was a pleasure, they created a plan to market the house to achieve the maximum results for us. We believe that plan was well executed and resulted in a fantastic sale price pre auction. We are happy to recommend David and his team to other prospective buyers.

We had the pleasure of both buying and selling with David over a 10 year period. David was fabulous to work with. He was generous with his time, he was very knowledgeable about the area and made the entire experience of selling a home pleasurable. We would highly recommend him and definitely work with David again!

I was very impressed with David & Lleyton. They told me that they would sell my property within a few weeks & true to their words they did !!!! My property was on the market but it was not advertised & they sold it to the first people that viewed the property. I would definitely recommend Award Group to sell any property.

With the assistance of David and his team at Award Group, we were able to achieve a suburb record on the sale of our property. David is genuine and very professional. He is extremely well organised, highly motivated and nothing is too much trouble for him. I cannot recommend David highly enough.
