David first appeared as a genuine person. He treats you with great respect and is very quick to advise you with details that may escape one's view. He is very helpful and will get back to you with feedback and present the property in the best light, while remaining ethical.

This is the second property we have sold with David and the team at Award Group and couldnt be happier. From the very start of the process through until final settlement everything progressed perfectly. Will definitely use David again in the future and would recommend the Award Group team to anyone.

We found David and his team very easy to work with. When challenges arose David helped us work through the options towards a great result.

Working with David Johnston and his team, at Award Group Real Estate, made selling our home a breeze. David and his team, showed exceptional professionalism, honesty, integrity and diligence at every stage of the process. Their communication was highly commendable and they were prepared to go the extra mile to get the best results. Combined, their market knowledge and strategies were second to none. Great work. great result, great experience. Thank you David and team at Award Group Real Estate.

I have worked with David and his team on four occasions over the past few years due to the purchase and sale of property in the Ermington, Melrose Park, and Meadowbank areas. On all occasions David has worked extremely hard to either secure a new home for me at a reasonable price, or to achieve a great sale outcome when I have been in the process of selling my home. I am looking forward to working with David again in the future, and would recommend the team at Award Group to anyone looking to buy, sell or manage property in these areas.

David Johnson was recommended to us by a family member following a bad experience we had just had with another Agent. We found David to be pleasant and personable, he listened to our requests and passed on our expectations to the people interested in our home. We would not hesitate to recommend David Johnson as an honest and reliable person and an Agent who is extremely credible and who has great skills and knowledge of the business.

I have always recommended David Johnson to all my friends and family based on reputation and knowledge of the area , and when it came to myself selling there was no hesitation in appointing him to sell my house . Right from the beginning David communicated and took me through each step. Once my house went on the market , every week I would be sent reviews . Came to auction day, all his staff , auctioneer all very professional, took me through each step. Would have no hesitation in recommending David Johnson.

David Johnson went that extra mile when we were selling our unit in Meadowbank. He contacted us as soon as there was news even if it was after hours and kept us posted every step of the way. We achieved a record price and are very grateful as it helped fund my mother-in-law's move to a retirement village Thank you! Anthea Markowiak

We were very pleased with the personal service by David & Leighton from Award Group. We had met them few years back when looking for a new home and at that time were very impressed with the personal communication from them. When we were ready to sell our place they were realistic & genuine in the information they provided. They were excellent in keeping us up to date through sale process. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. Thanks again

Easy communication. Always committed to achieving the target for the client.

We initially chose to work with David and Leighton from Award Group because of their expert market knowledge and strategy for selling our unique property. As we came to know them we realised that they were also hard working, diligent, eager and transparent agents working for our best interests. We were impressed by their marketing campaign and David and Leighton kept us well informed throughout the process which ultimately delivered us a great result. We would also like to acknowledge Jed, Neill, Matthew and Jordan, the great team that support David and Leighton. We are happy to recommend David and Leighton from Award Group to any prospective vendor.

David and his team instilled me with confidence from our first meeting. David gave me a realistic appraisal of my property then managed to exceed my expectations with the sale price. He kept me informed at every stage. I put my faith and trusted his judgment and was at no stage let down by him and his team. I recommend David and the Award Group highly.
