What an amazing experience with David Kirkbride. We enlisted David to sell our first home as we found a home we fell in love with and made a subject to sale offer. We contacted David with little to no notice to list our existing property and he went above and beyond to get the house photographed, listed and a home open within a week. David presented our home so well that we only needed one home open, with 18 groups coming through and 3+ offers within 4 days. The offer we ended up accepting was above and beyond our expectations.
