He went above and beyond to sell our property for the best price - from constant communication and updates, getting us free front page coverage in the property section of the local paper to organising personalised inspections all while keeping our tenant happy and onside! Even though David has many other listings in Warner (only proving further that he is the most trusted agent in the area) he always made us feel like his priority and was available 24/7 The other thing we really appreciated about David was that he didn't try and push us into accepting the lowest or first offer just for the sake of a sale or getting the property off his books like many other agents do. He also treats all prospective buyers with his warm and personalised touch - giving those that attended inspections thank you cards and a small gift.
