After researching real estate agents in the area we decided to call and listen to what David had to say he was not like other agents just wanting a listing David listened to our needs and was interested in us as a couple, as we are older David wanted to sell our home and he took care of everything even offering to help prepare the home even looking after our fur babies I would ask David again to help list any of our homes in the future nothing at all was an issue from start to finish. My partner and I purchased our first home through David Kopelke and Phebe Cullen July 2016. We had spent well over 18 months searching for our first home and found that being 24 yrs old real estate agents weren't taking us seriously or even considering us as home owners. It was extremely disheartening considering we both work hard and simply wanted to start a life together. We had been waiting about 2 weeks for a particular property to have an open home, after waiting and many annoying emails on my behalf we finally got a look through. We loved it, as did many others. My partner and I were ready to go and made an offer as soon we got home after the inspection. David was so quick to reply with confirmation that he was sending our offer to the owner, a few phones calls we renegotiated a fair price. Within a matter of HOURS not DAYS or WEEKS, I had the shock of my life on a Saturday afternoon, getting a phone call to say our offer had been accepted. David and Phebe kept us up to date, and calm until settlement, they were amazing. The most supportive duo I've ever met. There were many things we had no idea about when it came to buying a house and they made sure to make it as easy as possible in the short settlement period. Dealing with buying a house was the most stressful thing I've dealt with however talking to David and Phebe throughout the process gave me reassurance that there was a light at the end of the tunnel.
