David was knowledgeable of the market in and around the suburb we sold in. He offered clear ideas on how to market the property and how to sell it. The market had declined in the year prior to selling but we still managed to get very close to the price quoted the previous year, good negotiating skills.)
There was a lot of running around involved in selling the last of our 3 units. David was always happy to meet me onsite, or meet stylists/builders/trades people on my behalf as I live a distance away from the project. Always helpful and had a great way of gauging potential buyers interest. This resulted in him only discussed genuine buyers interest with me, it saved a lot of time and helped manage my expectations of the selling process quite well.)
