David is very patient and persistent. He's clearly knowledgable in the field, understands the market and general trends. Being the vendor he worked hard to try achieve my reserve price. He is definitely approachable and you can ask him of anything. He also went beyond his duties to assist and follow up on my behalf conveyancing matters to ensure things are as smooth and painless for the vendor. The myth agents only support vendors interests is not true. David works hard to support and genuinely care for both buyer and vendor interests. Example he cares for the buyer easy transition to the new house is pain free as well. This is a rare quality.
