This report was impeccably presented and easy to understand. We had lengthy discussions and he explained and answered all my questions and advised me on the best approach for selling the property. Once I signed David to sell the property his hard work went into overdrive. He made himself available to me or potential purchasers 24/7. He attended the property for after hours inspections and remained poised and calm even when potential buyers failed to show up for inspections despite having made a private appointment.
