This is a feedback on the excellent service provided by David Lao for sale of unit 14/72 GWH Parramatta. The sale was under somewhat unusual and difficult circumstances because I, Seema (owner) was to be hospitalised during the period of the sale. David understood the circumstance and was able to deal with my father Vijay, who kept liaising with me and David while I was in the hospital. Furthermore, twice the sale fell through even after the holding deposit was paid making it a rather long sales period. But throughout the process David kept on providing prompt verbal and written reports with all the details including even the names etc. of the people who had inspected the property. Specifically, David found out the reason why the sale had fallen through twice and took corrective action by providing further details of property report to prospective buyers. Throughout all this he remained unfazed and finally was able to negotiate a price that was satisfactory to us. David is a thorough professional, is extremely trustworthy and courteous.
