I do not live locally so was quite stressed about being unable to speak with an agent face-to-face during the sale process, but David's communication through the whole process was frequent, informative and professional and he was able to answer all of my answers which ultimately resulted in a smooth process. David also achieved a very quick sale (less than a week on the market) at a price higher than I expected which was both surprising and pleasing.
