David and his entire team where incredibly helpful. They demonstrated excellent knowledge of the local market, and went the extra mile to help as we were buying inter-state and new to the whole buying / auction process in Queensland. I would definitely recommend.
We found our Belle agent was very good at guiding us through the process from signing, marketing, presentation to eventual sale of the property. By applying different options and strategies following the auction process our Belle agent achieved our target by negotiated with buyers one on one. We found the entire Belle team a pleasure to do business with and would recommend highly.
Always a pleasure dealing with David and Renee, their easy going nature made the process of purchasing our next home very smooth and stress free.
He made the whole process run smoothly. He is great to work with and he is laid back. He did everything possible for us to get the highest price at the auction.
Agent communicated clearly and consistently throughout the sales process. He did what he said he would do and followed thru.
David was very friendly and professional. He gave us a very clear picture of what the entire process would be like. His confident personality was what made him stand out from the rest of the agents we met in the initial process. Belle Property Manly has a great team and they all were very supportive. They sold our property over the reserve price. We are so thrilled with the result! We definitely will recommend David to our friends and family. Thank you David and team.
A very positive experience, we had multiple touchpoints with the Belle team and they were all professional and helpful
Really appreciate the assistance David provided with getting us into our new home in the quickest time possible. Was great to deal with and excellent in keeping us up to date.
We continue to work with David, Renee and the Belle Team at Manly, not because of their experience and knowledge, which of course they have in abundance, but because of their kindness and integrity. This magic combination cannot be overstated. They understand that the process is not just a financial transaction but an emotional one too and this makes all the difference. They are pleasure to deal with and the results achieved are always better than hoped. They are a true local team assisting families accomplish their real estate goals and we can't thank them enough!
