David told the buyer that I wanted a long settlement which they agreed to, then he organised for me to rent my house back until my apartment was ready to move into. He was very quick to respond to my phonecalls and emails, and was highly professional with a friendly, relaxed manner. I have bought and sold many homes but have never had such a helpful agent.
