As the case may be for us, we actually bought our first house through David many years ago. At the time we were so focused on buying our first home we had little awareness of who the agent was. When it came time to sell however we were far more aware of the potential agents we could have engaged. We now reflect on when we were buyers with David that he also treated us with the same professionalism when buying and that this is just who he is as a person which comes through in how he conducts himself in the marketplace. I contacted David to sell my unit in Kedron December 2016. I found him easy to deal with, communicates very well, has a lot of knowledge about the industry and that area aswell.
