Best in Kedron

David is a great person to deal with. He goes above and beyond. Nothing is too much trouble for him and he understands the true meaning of customer service. He is great with communication and will follow through very quickly with any requests for information. He is upfront and honest and he puts people at ease. He knows the Kedron market better than anyone because he lives there. From a buyers perspective I could not have been happier. We will likely engage David's son Callum to sell our property when the time comes in about 20 years.

Amazing experience!

Michael and Brad were amazing! This was my first time buying property and they made it so easy! They answered every question, talked me thru every situation. They kept me informed and up to date every step of the way. It was so easy, I couldn't believe it. Buying property is easy, if you have the right agent, these guys are the best. I know when it's time for me to buy again, Michael and Brad will be my first call. Thank you guys, you're the best.

Rushed contract and Missed the pre-settlement inspection

The whole written offer was rushed (completed a full contract at our first offer meeting) and after our offer was accepted, no other contact with Michael was made. Not only did Michael missed our pre-settlement inspection which was pre-arranged by his office, and his assistant only turned up when I called to remedied them of the appointment. The office failed to get my name right when inviting me to complete this honest review. Would not recommend this agency to handle my future transactions.
