David was really great to work with. Highly communicative and always really pleasant to talk to. This sale took a long time but I always knew David had it under control, and I'm really happy with where things ended up. I'd definitely work with David again.

David is an outstanding real estate agent as evidenced by the fact he sold our property for more than we could have hoped for and in under a week. There’s no surprise he’s the top agent in the area. David was very professional throughout; he outlined his marketing plan in our first meeting and stuck to it, communicating with us throughout the whole process. We look forward to working with David again in the future!

David was very honest, reliable and respectful, he knows the area and knew what we could expect to get for our property, David didn’t over sell or over price the property which meant we were able to sell and not be disappointed

David, we knew we wanted you to be our agent in selling our house from long before the decision was made and now you have proved us right with the sale of our house. We’d like to thank you for your great service, explaining everything clearly to us, understanding what we wanted and working with us to achieve this. We are very happy with the result of the sale and highly recommend you as great agent. Thank you from Umit and Kismet.

When it came to selecting who I wanted to sell my home, it was always going to be David Lu and his team from Harcourts West Realty - Cairnlea. David's knowledge of the market, reliability, strategic mindset and effective communication was evident throughout the process beginning to end. I was always confident I was in the right hands. David and the Harcourts West Realty team took alot of stress out of the situation which I am so appreciative of. Thank you David.

David has provided exceptional service with an efforts were above and beyond as well as with an excellent communication

Divid sold my home with a great team behind him also. David's advertised reputation as one of the best Agents was proven to me with a hassel free well informed process from start to finish. I could not be happier with the negotiations and result he achieved with the auction sale of my home. David's suggestions of how the house should be set up for viewing and advertised helped greatly with the sale. David kept in touch almost daily regarding feedback of the house inspections. The confidence he displayed and professional enthusiasm gave me peace of mind. David was up front with the contract/marketing fees leaving no hidden surprises. Job well done. I would highly recommend David to anyone looking for an Agent that is knowledgeable, communicates very well, is patient, courteous and works hard for you. Thanks.

A family friend recommend us to David and we were so glad we chose him. His knowledge and expertise made the process smooth and easy to understand for us. It was comforting to know exactly what we were signing for and the details of our contract.

David was extremely helpful, honest and transparent. His knowleddge of the area is excellent. David is very professional and made the entire process comfortable with least stress providing relevant guidance. I am very thankful for his efforts and have no hesitation in recommending David to any Vendor.

We could not be more happy with David, Cameron and the team at Harcourts Real Estate Cairnlea. The process from start to finish was very professional and we are extremely happy with end result. Highly recommend if looking at selling your home and looking for a stress free process.

This is a second time we have used David to sell a property, and he has been exceptional. Both times he has come through and got us a great price. I would highly recommend him.

David Lu from Harcourts Cairnlea was professional, knowledgeable and lovely to work with on the sale of our property. David assisted us with recommending tradespeople and a stylist to get the house ready for sale. We couldn’t have gotten our desired sale price without his help.
