David Lu helped us selling our house at good price. During this transaction I found him hard working and dedicated. David is very well communication to buyers and sellers. I will definitely recommend him.

Professional reliable and easy to deal with.. we are so happy with the outcome...

Having bought & sold properties 3 times, we knew what we wanted in an agent. We met with 4 possible candidates and David Lu was a standout. He was professional, timely & committed. He communicated with efficiency, which is very important if you want to progress the sale in a fluid property market where owners are at the mercy of the RBA interest rate hikes! He listened & understood what our expectation, objective & timeframe were. We were not disappointed one bit by his performance in expediting the sale within a very short timeframe! He’s on the ball, committed and communicates clearly & fast, to achieve set sale target & price expectations. We were very impressed with David at Harcourt.

Thank you David for helping me sell my apartment! It’s been a pleasure to work with you and really appreciate your excellent communication!
