It is good to have an agent that knows exactly what they are doing. A vendor from interstate I was anxious how the sale would go in the height of Victoria's Covid restrictions. There was no wasting of time for David. While restrictions was in place he managed to organise a make over of my property and even helped our long term tenant find a new rental place. No one was displaced. As soon as restrictions eased to stage 3, like a speed of bullet David acted quickly and listed my property on the market.
