I have known David Lu for 1 year. I got his number for a vacant block of land for sale. I called David for the price of the block and as soon I heard his voice, I knew he was a nice person. I felt comfortable to speak to David from his happy and cheerful voice. So I called David to organise the sale the next day, and within 3 weeks many buyers had come to look at my property.
