There are many agents around but hardly any that is enthusiastic and genuinely whole hearted as David. David is very knowledgeable, honest, he is professional & attentive in his dealings, from the initial enquiry all the way through to point of sale. David listened and advised knowledgably during the sale process, achieving a result I didn't believe was possible!
We recently sold our property. We highly recommend these guys. Excellent customer service. Excellent knowledge of the area. Very happy with the service we received from David (Thanh) Lu from start to end.
I was extremely pleased to have David represent me while selling my property. His advice and strategies were pivotal to the sale and I couldn't be more pleased with the result. I highly recommend David and Harcourts West as your first choice for real estate agents.
David was very punctual and always kept us in the loop during every step of the way. Despite selling our house during the COVID environment and restrictions we were faced with, David still continued to work on our property and managed to help us sell our property within the range we were hoping for. Thank you David for your assistance.
It is good to have an agent that knows exactly what they are doing. A vendor from interstate I was anxious how the sale would go in the height of Victoria's Covid restrictions. There was no wasting of time for David. While restrictions was in place he managed to organise a make over of my property and even helped our long term tenant find a new rental place. No one was displaced. As soon as restrictions eased to stage 3, like a speed of bullet David acted quickly and listed my property on the market. My stress was building up but David was confident and reassuring. He had a strategy. Unbelievably in just 5 days my property sold above my expectation! What a relief it was! Efficient, cheerful, confident and trustworthy is how I describe David. Would highly recommend him and Harcourts. Well done and thank you!
He has an excellent experience in selling. The final sale price of the property above my expectation.
David possesses a high caliber of salesmanship. His knowledge in the level of job he does and work ethics are just excellent.
David was extremely knowledgeable about the market and the location. He provide open and honest feedback. He always provided me with feedback received and was always punctual. Thank you for your support and assistance to sell my property.
It was a great experience to work with David Lu very professional, enthusiastic and effective. I would like to thank him very much for the work he has done with such a great expectation. I hope to work with you in future.
Has given all updates on progress. Friendly no matter what the situation is. Has good knowledge in real estate.
I have known David Lu for 1 year. I got his number for a vacant block of land for sale. I called David for the price of the block and as soon I heard his voice, I knew he was a nice person. I felt comfortable to speak to David from his happy and cheerful voice. So I called David to organise the sale the next day, and within 3 weeks many buyers had come to look at my property. In the third week David had sold my house because of his good sales skulls. I am very happy that he sold my house in very short time. I like to wish David good luck and keep it up, with his job that he loves. David deserves this praise.
