My partner and I had been looking for a home for months and dealt with many agents. We were finding that the agents were very pro vendor and gave us little consideration/time and did not have our interests in mind at all. David was outstanding with his service toward us and made initial contact with us and maintained this throughout exchange and settlement. David was excellent. I had initially listed with another agent who talked the talk, made me pay for advertising etc up front and then immediately started advising me to take offers well below asking. I waited out the contract with them and then bought David on board. Andreissons agency take no upfront payment, they take the risk on costs, and it is included in the selling fee. David was diligent, communicative, and honest. He knows his market and who and how to target for different property types (unlike the other agency) I got lots more enquiries, the opens were well run and it was sold for just shy of the asking price in a difficult market. Nothing was a bother. I wish I had avoided the bad attitude and high fees charged by Altitude agency and just gone with David in the first place. You live and learn.
