David was found to be effective and efficient in all aspects concerning the sale of my house at 17 Lemana Place Kahibah. Having been given the task of selling my mothers home, as she needed to go into aged care, i contacted Andriessen Property Newcastle as they had been in the Cardiff area for many years. David McCosker contacted me and arranged a meeting to discuss the sale. He had a nice glossy booklet explaining the process step by step. With there great advertising package, the open house was exceptional with 18 people through and 3 keen buyers. With the result being well over the asking price.
