I can't imagine buying a house is ever simple or straight forward, but David did his absolute best to walk us through the process and make it straight forward as can be. Making all of the financial arrangements proved to be quite difficult on my end, David was patient and understanding. In the end he got us into the house and I believe he also got his client the best possible deal. I think everyone walked away from this purchase extremely happy and we owe it all to David. Could not recommend him enough.
