Having had hassle free and prosperous dealings with MaxPro Real Estate for over 20 years as a landlord, it was only natural to trust them with selling my home. David sold my property in Wembley Downs for a great price and worked out positive outcomes on my behalf including much-needed settlement time relief. I have no hesitation in recommending David to anyone.
Thank you David. You and your staff made the whole process very easy and effortlesss which really reduced the stress. Much appreciated.
I've known David for around 20 years and have now sold two properties through him. He is my go-to agent when selling a property. I trust him to look after me and my best interests and would recommend him to anyone.
David knew exactly what we were looking for. Everything was very smooth from his side. He and Ashleigh promptly replied to our queries from the beginning to the end of key handover. It was a great experience.
We thought we’d be in for a stressful time trying to sell our house from Melbourne but David made it all so easy and flawless. Such an amazing experience from start to settlement and cannot recommend David and the Maxpro team enough!
David was fantastic and extraordinary. You cannot find a real estate agent like David these days. Most of them are arrogant these days. David is a gem to this industry, and I wish he will be serving the community for long. We need more Davids here in Australia!!!! Thank You so much David. Extremely recommend David.
Having lived in Ferndale for a several years we were familiar with Maxpro’s local presence and of course we’d seen many of their home opens in the neighborhood and been to a number of them where we met David Milkovits and were immediately impressed by his friendliness and comprehensive knowledge of the local market. When it came time to sell our place we knew Maxpro was the obvious choice. David and his team delivered an excellent outcome and made the process an easy one - particularly important as we’d moved interstate and were relying on Maxpro to handle all aspects of the sale in our absence. We took David’s advice on how to present and market our house and his team, including the wonderful Ashleigh, liaised with the tenants prior to the open and ensured our property was presented in an optimum way. We were more than happy with the excellent offer we received after the first (and only) home open. We’d have no hesitation in recommending David and the Maxpro real estate as a real estate firm you can feel confident in entrusting the sale of your property to.
I sold and bought a house with David. I had been thinking about downsizing for a long time but wasn't sure if I had the energy to do the work involved. David and his team made it a lot easier for me. The transition between selling one house and buying another was smooth without major hiccups. Very much appreciated. Was the best decision I made. Very happy in my new home. He found me a me home. Great work David.
David Milikovits was the agent overseeing the purchase of a property I just bought. He is friendly, professional and assisted me with many things and answered lots of questions. As this was my first home purchase I was anxious and worried but he helped guide me through everything. Im very grateful and would definitely like to work with him again. Highly recommend! Thank you to David and his assistant Ashleigh!!
