I have used David in the past and know him to have very good knowledge of local property prices. He is always highly professional and honest. In other words never makes false promises. Always friendly and helpful and in my personal case because of family health issues, understanding in allowing us to delay the sale. He found the right people to buy my property and it was under offer within 2 days. I highly recomend David to anybody.

David was really good to deal with when looking at properties. Would always arrange a time that was easiest for me and answered any questions I had.

A simple process that went smoothly

I have known David for many years. Buying a property through his company and then renting the same property through Maxpro. When it came time to sell the property David always had time to spend with myself and my husband to go over everything regarding the sale. As the market was not so good at the time, the property was taken off. David always kept the property in mind and eventually I was able to sell it. David is very knowledgeable in regards to the area, so I valued his input. A little more contact from David during the process would have been appreciated but his staff were always ringing and emailing me keeping up with how things were going. I would recommend David and Maxpro to anyone looking for homes in his area. Thankyou David and Staff for great service over the many years I have been with you.

David is a friendly, understanding and very professional person. His knowledge of the real estate business is first rate.

Great Knowledge of the market and area. Communication was and is of an extreamley high standard. Would recommend to anyone selling a property.

I found David extremely helpful and friendly as a real estate agent. Well communicative and easily approachable and the settlementment happened as we expected. I suggest you all that David is the right real estate agent if you look forward to buy or sell a property .

After reviewing numerous agents in regards to selling our home we selected David, Roberto and his team. We listed with Maxpro Real Estate and they sold our Home at the first Home Open . David guided us and advised us accordingly and his expertise were evident from day 1. The property was promoted professionally, and the marketing was first class. David, Roberto and the team kept us informed through the entire process. David's expertise as mentioned was evident in the way he understood the current market and the area our home was in. We are extremely grateful for this opportunity to engage with Maxpro as our home was our first build with over 20 years of memories. David understood the emotional impact during the process that we were going through and their empathy, honesty and patience. We definitely support Team Maxpro and will continue to let all know that Maxpro is the way to go if you are thinking of buying, selling or renting.

I am a natural skeptic and kept Dave on his toes but was pleasantly surprised at his honesty and genuine knowledge. At all stages I felt listened to and in complete control of the deal. The outcome was great and I'd recommend David to anyone.

Great service, constant updates, very professional. Would use again

David and his team were a delight to work with. Friendly, professional and on the ball from the outset, every facet of the sale of our place was attended to in meticulous detail. Not only did David take the time to explain how we could best present our home for sale, he (or a member of his team) consistently followed up on a weekly basis and attended to all of our concerns with no qualms. I would highly recommend his agency to anyone looking to sell, and will gladly utilise his services in the future...

David was very knowledgeable, professional, honest and most of all listened.
