When a gem of an estate agent comes along, it’s worth remarking. David Murphy is Mosman’s rare gem. When our lovely Mum needed a care home, a chance comment from a friend led us to his door. We initially rented her home through him - seamlessly - they did literally everything for us, usually before we’d known or thought about it. When the time came to sell, we did approach other agents, but David and Bindi were the obvious choice, and they didn’t let us down. They produced a plan, implemented it with flexibility when required and delivered a sale result we’re very happy with, all per the plan. Imagine. True professionals skilled at what they do, delivering what they say they’ll deliver and delighting us with their service. Communicating every step of the way and genuinely nice people to deal with. Very good customer service and marketing knowledge. In particular Bindi went out of her way in dealing with the vendor who was in London, and our solicitor, which made the exchange of contracts relatively easy and timely.
David and his team were very helpful and easy to work with. They accommodated a number of requests to inspect the property and provided useful advice.
