David was very approachable and professional, and presented with a lovely personal side as well. David's knowledge of the area, the house and the owners allowed him to weave a compelling story that resonated with me. So much so that the the buyer and seller are almost the mirror image of each other, sharing the same profession, the same interest in cars and the same hobbies.
