We chose David for the recent sale of our property in Shellcove Road, Neutral Bay, because he had sold the property to us nearly 10 years, before because he appears to be the leading agent in the Mosman/Cremorne area, and because we liked his personality and approach to the process. He seemed to us to be a straightforward person and both competent and diligent in trying to get the best outcome for our property.
