I’m writing to express the high regard my wife, Colette, and I have for David Murphy as an estate agent. We chose David for the recent sale of our property in Shellcove Road, Neutral Bay, because he had sold the property to us nearly 10 years, before because he appears to be the leading agent in the Mosman/Cremorne area, and because we liked his personality and approach to the process. He seemed to us to be a straightforward person and both competent and diligent in trying to get the best outcome for our property. At the same time, we were disappointed with the price we achieved, but this might be a reflection of a little change in the raging real estate market, and perhaps a bit of a reality check on the price we had all anticipated.
