David Nichols hails from the Central Coast, and with his family, he enjoys the idyllic lifestyle and stress free living the coast has to offer. David has had a strong sales and marketing history, which has involved some 28 years of “grass roots” sales background over much of the Central Coast. Through this extensive experience in sales, he has learnt the ability to listen and understand the needs of all his clients and prides himself on his enthusiasm, generally exceeding property owners expectations.
The ability to achieve quick and positive results is the result of his experience, dedication and superior negotiating skills – traits delivered consistently and repeatedly.
David was a member of Century 21 Australia’s “Masters Club” and has received many other nationally recognized awards including multiple Centurion Awards (top 2% worldwide).
