David was fantastic, he made the whole experience seamless with clear constant communication as well as explaining the various SA regulations to us as we live in a different state. Nothing was too much trouble we highly recommend David and the Mt Barker Raywhite team.

Due to a busy time of year with holidays we were struggling to get some contractors quotes on some work we felt the property may have required, David went above and beyond using his contacts to help us obtain these. Through the entire process David has been easy to contact, very friendly and professional. He even sent us photos of a koala in a tree outside the kitchen window of our new home which we thought was a lovely touch!

David worked alongside Ryan on the sale of my property as it was a large house with ample features. As I listed all the features of the property and how I wanted them relayed to any potential buyers I could see David absorbing and noting everything. He had a list of clients he thought the property suited and tailored his sales and the features of the house to these clients specifically......he even jumped on board knowing our short sale time frame and organised private viewings of his own time. A definite bonus having David on the team to bring forward all the little things to prospective buyers which opened up our chances and helped us get the sale we wanted.
