David was very quick to respond to queries for clarification and to requests for further information on practical details from the vendors. He maintained extremely good contact with both parties throughout the sales process. I gave David 4 out of 5 stars for market knowledge only because I'm not very familiar with the extent of his knowledge in this area. I would not hesitate to recommend David to anyone requiring a highly skilled and supportive estate agent.
