As a purchaser of a property - which was somewhat complicated - David facilitated and advocated for the vendor as well as worked with us to make sure the terms and contract met the wishes of all parties. Eg when the "finance clause" or some other issue such as the "death of vendor" (for example) occurred he remained unphased and patient, working steadily with all parties.
