David is a real estate agent as no other I've met before: he's not pushy, listens really wel, has a huge market knowledge and I continuously had the feeling he was genuinely interested in helping us getting the best deal. He answers to emails and text day and night including weekends, is always available for advice. And on top of that, he has great negotiation skills. I'd definitely refer him to anyone that likes to sell their house and need someone that's a trusted, a nice and highly skilled person. We've had a couple of real estate agents before (chose on cheaper price) until we found David. And although he charged a bit more, he was worthwhile every dollar! Thanks again!

I guess i need to get into the 21st century with all the request for responses from everybody that dealt with us. There have been so many from people at a time i wanted to run away and try to deal with myself with the business of our place being taken that i have shut it all away.However you did do a good job for us as did Claire.I would like to ask you at a later stage to visit our rental and give me an appraisal and also look at what would increase the sale for it.I would also look at how your rental section works so if we decide not to sell the house then we would look at changing over to your company for the rental.
