Selling a home is always stressful but moving interstate before the sale is by far the worst case scenario . We had David come out and value the property in view of sale. David was honest with us from the start and told us how to maximise our homes potential. He spoke with us about how he would market the property and kept us updated with weekly reviews. David organised for the property to be looking its best at all times with regular yard clean up and pool cleaning. I would highly recommend David to handle the sale of any properties.
