I can state without any doubt that dealing with Parry Property has been an enjoyable process. The communication and updates that Clint Pease the Real Estate agent was first class and as an a representative of Parry Property was a reflection of their quality of service. Parry Property made the process of purchasing our home stress free. To top it off Amelia one of Parry's representatives met us on a Sunday to discuss certain details in relation to sprucing up what we wanted attended to. On a couple of occasions the agent did not pass on requests to the vendor about items I had agreed to purchase on the property - given that one was a fridge and the other a washing machine, it could have been problematic if I had disposed of mine on the assumption that the sale had been negotiated; didn't find out until I moved in. Another issue was that my son did the initial negotiations to the eventual purchasers of my property for a higher price than the agent - when I raised this with the agent in regards to his commission, he had a 'memory lapse'.

I had a few other property agents "inspect and get back to me about selling my property". I'm still waiting for them to get back to me, meanwhile David assessed, advertised and sold the property for what he said he would. Can't ask for more than that. No hidden fees, no fuss and all before some of the others had "gotten back to me". Thank you David and Parry Property.
