From when i first made the call to Ingrad about being able to go through the house she was the best help with the situation we were in and went above and beyond to help me out and an\B questions i had she always had a helping answer to answer my questions and all way through the whole posses kept me informed at what was going on. The reason for a low rating in this instance is that we have had one dealing with David (despite the fact that he is the property manager). The one time that we did meet David it was obvious that we where only there in hope for them to get more money out of us. There wasn't a relationship built before this at all... Being new clients of Parry, and first home buyers we where very fresh to the whole buying process, despite this we weren't communicated to well. It seems that there is a lack of care when it comes to buyers, and that vendors are your number 1 priority. What should be highlighted here though is that when we do eventually want to sell a house or know of people selling, we will not recommend Parry. The customer satisfaction for us at this point is very low. I would suggest you start presenting yourself more professionally, with more sincerity and understanding for everyone that comes through your doors.
We found David to be professional and honest, as well as very easy to get along with. We did find it a little frustrating dealing with both he and Clint in the early days but this was soon rectified and we enjoyed dealing solely with David for ease of communication. Our sale did unfortunately drag on for a while (through no fault of David's) and we found this was a stressful time for us, so more communication just to keep us informed would have been appreciated. We also have not heard from anybody from Parry Property since the settlement of our home on Friday afternoon which we are a bit surprised/disappointed about.
We were very pleased with the way Parry Property handled our sale and the friendly professional manner in which they went about explaining all the details as needed. Clint communicated with us well all the way throughout our sale. Our property sold within 5 days now that's a great result.
David Parry of Parry Property sold our house within two months of listing with him, whereas two other well known real estate companies were unable to negotiate a sale. We would highly recommend David to sell your house as he is quite professional and knows the value of Launceston real estate.
