I found this process through Parry Property with David as the auctioneer to be transparent and well organised. There were regular opportunities to view the property and ask questions. David was professional and acted at all times in his clients' best interests. When the property was passed in as it had not reached the reserve and I had been the highest bidder, I got the opportunity to then negotiate the purchase with David. I would recommend the auction process with Parry Property with future purchasers, just do your homework prior to buying.
